We provide several easy methods for ordering products from Siebert Optics:

Press the [Submit] button only once, and we will contact you (or you can call us) to make payment arrangements. This page is not a secure page so there is no line to include credit card information. Please either fax that info or phone us after we send a confirming email of your order. We will contact you via email with a confirmation of your order and your total with shipping & any discounts (if applicable).

International customers please keep in mind that you will probably have an import duty tax added to your package at the time of your receiving your order. Please check with YOUR local postal service for the amount. This is not our fee but your local countries' import duty tax and it varies per country as to how much. Please DO NOT ask us to lower the value of your package. Please email us for the cost of shipping to your country.

All 1.25" and 2" eyepieces come with end caps. If you would prefer a bolt case please add $2.50 for 1.25" bolt cases and $3.50 for 2" bolt cases.

Approximate Shipping and Insurance Costs in USA

We normally ship using Priority Mail at the U.S. Post Office with insurance and delivery confirmation (Prices below). You can also opt for Express Mail guaranteed 1-2 day delivery from the Post Office or Fedex Overnight, 2 day or 3 day guaranteed delivery. Please let me know which method of shipping you prefer in the comments box and you will be emailed your total and shipping after we have received your order.

Express mail from the Post Office is approximately $17.85 for up to a 2lb package automatically insured for $100 and is guaranteed to most areas in 1 day, but some areas may be 2 days guaranteed. They do deliver on Saturday's and Sundays for Express mail. Fedex and UPS please check their web sites for rates at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com. Items are shipped from the 27520 zip code.
