 Though we do not put restocking fees on eyepieces returned we do reserve the right to charge a repair fee or refuse returns on eyepieces that have been damaged or show wear and/or scratches. We will not charge restocking fees on returned undamaged items that are in resell condition within the return period. We also reserve the right to take between 3 to a maximum of 6 weeks to process returns on large item orders that exceed $1000. It is unlikely to take this much time to process, but sometimes it does. We are not obligated to accept returns on items returned after the warranty period. This also goes for closed out or Special request items and heavily discounted items. Also items not on the list of items we are actively taking orders for, these are considered "Closeout".  We "may" choose to issue in-store credits for these items at "our discretion. --We do reserve the right to deny returns on these things.  All .965 products and Tal are not refundable. All illuminated eyepieces are not refundable. The same goes for items ordered in brass. The reason is that certain products are sold far too infrequently to be restocked.  Binoviewer/Binocular eyepiece sets as well as other types of products such as Personal binoculars  that have been modified for you are considered a "special order" and like all "special order" items they are not refundable. Any item with the name "Custom" or Specialty items also not returnable. These items might be subject to in-store credits at "our discretion. All returned Items must have an RMA number in order to be processed. We can not be responsable for items lost in the mail if the customer does not pay for insurance and tracking. In fact we will not ship expensive items without DC and insurance.
